Getting around in London:


The public transport system in London is great and it is known for being one of the best in the world. The city allows you to go anywhere easily by subway, train or bus. There are over 400 km of fast and comfortable subway lines.

 

The best means of transport to get around London is without a doubt the subway, also known as tube. On rush hour it can be a little uncomfortable, but it is still the best way of crossing the city. There are 9 zones in total, with zones 1 and 2 being the most touristy. The ticket price may vary according to how many zones you travel.
