Subway
The Buenos Aires subway, known locally as Subte, is another easy way to travel long distances at a relatively low price. Altogether there are six lines identified by letters and colors. Most of them leave the downtown area towards more distant neighborhoods. The stations are underground and entries are flagged with a gateway indicating the line color and the name of the station.

Train
The train is an option of getting around Buenos Aires because it takes passengers trought the extensive railway and to different areas of the city. There are four train stations: Retiro, Constitución, Once and Federico Lacroze, connecting the City of Buenos Aires to the suburbs and other cities in Argentina.

The climate of Buenos Aires is humid subtropical. Throughout the twentieth century the temperatures of the city have increased considerably due to urban heat island caused by urban development, now being 2°C warmer than the nearby and less urbanized areas. Summers are hot, and when it rains the most; the average temperature in January is of 24.5°C (76.1°F). In the winter, showers are more common and continuous, and the days are cloudy. However, one can not say that there is a rainy season. Winters are also mild, with average temperature in July of 11°C (51.8°F). Temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 36°C (96.8°F) rarely happen.
